Whistleblowing channel

The TAR 2022 Group provides its employees, suppliers, residents and families with a channel to report any irregular conduct they become aware of in the course of our activity.
This channel is set up in accordance with Spanish Law 2/2023, of 20 February, on the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and on the fight against corruption.
Who can use it
Anyone who, in the context of their relationship with the group, becomes aware of a possible irregularity. Among others:
- Group employees, current or former
- People in a selection process
- Residents and their families
- Suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Interns and volunteers
What can be reported
Actions or omissions that may constitute a breach of European Union law, a criminal offence or a serious or very serious administrative offence, as well as any conduct contrary to our internal rules.
How to report it
By writing to contactodpo@tar2022.es, putting Whistleblowing channel (whistleblowing channel) in the subject line.
You can also do so by post, addressed to the person responsible for the channel:

It helps to give as much detail as possible: what happened, when, where and which people are involved, plus any documents that support it. The more information there is, the better it can be investigated.
Your guarantees
Confidentiality. The identity of the person reporting is confidential and is not disclosed to the people concerned or to third parties.
Anonymous reporting. You can report without identifying yourself. Bear in mind that in that case we won't be able to ask you for clarification or tell you the outcome.
No retaliation. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, including threats and attempts, is expressly prohibited. This protection also extends to anyone who has assisted the person reporting.
Data protection. The data provided is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, with the sole purpose of handling and investigating the report. You can see the details in our privacy policy.
How it is handled
- Acknowledgement of receipt, within seven calendar days of receipt at most, unless the report was made anonymously.
- Investigation of the facts, with due guarantees for everyone involved, including the presumption of innocence of the person concerned.
- Response, within three months of the acknowledgement of receipt at most.
External channel
Regardless of this internal channel, anyone may contact the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection (A.A.I.) or the relevant regional authority directly, as well as the institutions or bodies of the European Union.
