Privacy policy

This is an English translation provided for information. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

At TAR 2022 we are aware of how important the privacy of the personal information entrusted to us by the people who write to us is. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect, what for, how long we keep it and what you can ask us at any time.

Who the controller is

TAR 2022 LOGÍSTICA Y SERVICIOS S.L. is the controller of the user's personal data, and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect and why

There are two forms on this website, and each one has its own purpose. We do not collect personal data by any other means.

The contact form

To answer enquiries about places in our centres and to guide families. We collect:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address, if the person writing wishes to give it to us
• The area where they are looking for a place
• What they tell us in their message

The jobs form

To assess applications and consider them in the group's recruitment processes. We collect:

• Full name
• Phone number and email address
• Town of residence and employment status
• Profession or training
• The centre and the position they are interested in
• The attached CV

Why we can process your data

Processing is lawful under article 6 of the GDPR:

• Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form before sending it.
• Our legitimate interest in replying to the enquiry or application you have sent us.

We do not send marketing messages or newsletters, and we do not use your data for profiling or advertising.

How long we keep it

Data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry or application, and afterwards for as long as there are legal requirements to keep it. CVs are kept for as long as they may fit a vacancy in the group.

When it is no longer needed, it is deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee its destruction.

Who we share it with

We do not share personal data with third parties outside the group.

Data may be shared with other companies in the TAR 2022 Group for the same purpose —for example, to forward an application to the relevant centre— or when there is a legal obligation to do so.

Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

• Withdraw your consent whenever you wish.
• Access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data.
• Restriction of or objection to its processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.

Required data and accuracy

On the forms, the fields marked as required are those needed to deal with the request. The rest are voluntary and are marked as optional.

Whoever writes to us guarantees that the personal data provided is accurate, and is responsible for informing us of any changes to it.

Security measures

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the controller complies with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, and with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The controller guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.

This website is served encrypted over HTTPS, so whatever is typed into the forms travels protected.

External services

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools: there is no Google Analytics or any other system that tracks visitors.

Nor does it load anything from third-party servers. Everything that makes up this website —texts, images and even the typeface— is served from our own server, so browsing tar2022.es does not send any data to any other company.
