TAR 2022 Group takes over the café at the Regional Ministry of Health in Toledo

Café facilities at the Regional Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Toledo

TAR 2022 RESTAURACIÓN has taken a new strategic step in its business line focused on institutions and large groups. The company has officially won the public tender to run and fully manage the café and catering service of the Regional Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha, located in Toledo.

With this new contract, the group firmly consolidates its presence and specialisation in managing public institutional catering spaces in the regional capital, bringing its experience in organising large-scale food services. The project was born with the firm aim of offering a comfortable, modern space adapted to the daily needs of everyone who uses the building. The facilities will serve both the civil servants and technical staff who work in the institutional building and the many members of the public and professionals who visit the Ministry's premises every day.

A healthy, local catering model

The technical and management plan designed by our catering division will be built around several key areas, with a priority focus on wellbeing, nutrition and quality of service. In an administration so closely linked to health, the food on offer will faithfully reflect those same values.

Our proposal for this space will be based on the following pillars:

- Healthy daily menus, nutritionally balanced, designed by specialists and carefully adapted to different dietary needs or intolerances.

- Fresh, local ingredients, giving priority to local suppliers and seasonal produce from Castilla-La Mancha to support the region's economy.

- A quick, efficient service, sized to respond to the working hours and specific break times of the staff at the centre.

- Competitive, affordable prices, guaranteeing excellent value for money for all users.

Getting ready and starting operations

The TAR 2022 Group technical team is already working in a coordinated way at the café to plan the transition, equipment and fitting-out phases. This preliminary work will ensure strict compliance with all current health and food safety regulations.

Introducing our organisational model not only ensures a first-class food offer, but also contributes to job stability through the transfer and consolidation of the jobs attached to the service, reinforcing our commitment to quality local employment.

The final opening hours, as well as the final date for the formal opening of the service, will be announced in the coming weeks. With this new milestone, TAR 2022 Group continues to expand its network of catering services, bringing value and professionalism to the main public institutions in our area.
